12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Recruitment Co-ordinator for a fixed term contract to cover a secondment within the recruitment team

Would you like to gain experience within a fast paced and customer focused in-house Recruitment Team?

Due to internal progression, my client has a great opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to be part of their team.
I am currently sourcing for a 12 month fixed term contract / secondment for a Recruitment Coordinator. Your varied role will involve working closely with the Resourcing Advisors, scheduling and inviting candidates to interviews, helping to arrange and run assessment centres, dealing with queries and helping to write and post job adverts as well as becoming the systems expert.

A key focus of this role is to ensure compliance within their recruitment process is up to date and liaise with important stakeholders, including candidates and Hiring Managers, to ensure they are offering an excellent level of customer service.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with a real passion for recruitment and a genuine 'people person'. You will act as an important ambassador for this leading employer, being one of the first points of contact applicants have. They work in a fast paced and pressurised environment - therefore the ability to remain positive and focused is vital. Being organised with excellent attention to detail, prioritising and strong communication skills are also essential.

Previous administration/ customer service experience is essential. Previous recruitment / HR experience is not essential but would be beneficial. Good IT skills with proven experience of using Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems as well as a good telephone manner is important.
