Graduate Recruitment Specialist
We have an amazing newly created opportunity within a growing in-house Graduate Recruitment team in South Oxfordshire. In this role you will focus on supporting the recruitment of the most outstanding graduates who are eager to join this impressive and exciting organisation. Responsibilities will range from coordinating graduate recruitment fairs, liaising with candidates and organising assessment centres.
As the face of the company in graduate recruitment, you will take ownership of:
- Driving the graduate recruitment pipeline
- Ensuring successful assessment centres
- Event management, including the Milkround
- Delivering exceptional candidate experience
The perfect candidate will be excited and ambitious in starting their career with a trailblazing company, where personable growth and development is at the heart of what they do. You will be energetic and confident in your communication style, whilst being analytically minded. To really thrive in this role, you will be passionate about supporting people in their development and at the start of their careers. Due to the events and assessment centres being national, it is essential you able to drive. You will be educated to degree level (2:1 or above), or equivalent, and have demonstrated exceptional leadership skills both academically and pastorally.
