Your new role
The successful candidate will support the HR Manager and Heads of Function in relation to:

* Recruitment and Selection
* Reward and Recognition
* Employee Relations
* L&D co-ordination
* HR Administration

Key accountabilities:
Recruitment and Selection;

* Provide excellent customer service to recruiting managers throughout the recruitment process
* Manage all Recruitment Agency preferred supplier arrangements
* Manage the relationship with the Central Recruitment team
* Ensure ATR's are approved and Job Profiles/Person Specifications are up to date
* Co-ordinate activities with agreed Recruitment Consultants to source suitable CV's
* Arrange interviews for selected candidates
* Administer all testing materials as appropriate
* Manage the induction and on-boarding processes

Reward and Recognition;

* Following the REMCO approvals process prepare all monthly payroll changes prior to processing with Shared Service Centre
* Ensure all reward processes are consistently and fairly applied across all employee groups

Employee Relations;

* Support Line Managers to ensure that all employee relations issues are appropriately handled to ensure Group policies and procedures are adhered to and all actions are compliant with UK employment law
* Manage on a day to day basis all employee raised issues in relation to performance, grievance, etc.


* Ensure all L&D requests and activities are co-ordinated with Line Management and the central L&D team
* Key contact for all OneHR queries

HR Benefits Administration;

* Ensure all grading levels within the business receive correct benefits information
* Contribute to the maintenance of all HR personnel records
* Support the HR Manager in all administrative duties

What you'll need to succeed

Knowledge and skills:

* Previous Involvement within HR
* Detailed understanding of the 'Recruitment and Selection' process.
* Familiar with the 'Employee Salary and Benefits' Continuous Improvement Process.
* Ensure positive customer service provided to the business in relation to all aspects of HR support.
* Working knowledge of Employment Law
* CIPD qualification or equivalent
* Highly numerate
* Verbal reasoning
* Presentation skills
* Proven ability to produce work under tight deadlines
* Microsoft Office proficient
* Demonstrated practical approach to problem solving
* Able to manage conflicting priorities
