Your job

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a dynamic and unique organisation based in North Oxfordshire. In this role, you will be the sole person responsible for managing and supporting the General Manager with all HR related matters for this site.  This is a fantastic opportunity to really own, develop and drive HR both strategically and operationally, as you will be in a standalone position.

Your key duties will include:

  • Managing and implementing HR objectives in line with this international organisation’s strategy
  • Managing the various areas such as employee training, benefits and performance management
  • Assisting with employee payroll administration
  • Developing existing and identifying new approaches and processes
  • Any other ad hoc HR projects as you feel necessary

Job requirements 

To be successful in this role, you must have demonstrable experience in a similar role and be educated to degree level, or equivalent.  It would be advantageous if you are, CIPD qualified, have experience in working with payroll, and have worked in an International organisation previously. You will be a multitasker and self-motivated individual with great organisational skills. You will be able to adapt to changing priorities and keep calm under pressure. You must also be proficient at Microsoft Office and preferably had experience using Workday.
