About the role

The charity is seeking two self-motivated and organised HR Advisors to provide comprehensive HR advice and guidance to their managers and staff; one role is offered on a permanent contract whilst the other is a maternity cover.

As an HR Advisor you will act as the first point of contact for their committed managers and staff.  You will be based within a busy team that provide generalist HR support and ensures operational delivery of the full range of HR services. In your new role, you will manage a full range of employee relations cases, including sickness absence, performance management, capability, disciplinary and grievance cases.

The Organisation

This is a national charity that supports people who are deafblind, those with sensory impairments and those with complex needs, to enjoy more independent lives.

Working at the charity can be incredibly rewarding; The organisation makes a unique and vital contribution to social care, supporting some of the most marginalised people in our society. Few providers really understand, or can meet, the particular support needs of people who face tough communication barriers, especially those who are deafblind, have sensory impairments or complex needs.  Our client is best placed to do this and strive to provide the highest quality service to the individuals they support.

The charity has great employee benefits and offers you the chance to develop in a supportive and flexible environment. In addition, there is generous annual leave and the opportunity for you to join a Group Personal Pension scheme.
