Our client is looking for someone with experience of working in a busy HR department to join two other HR Officers in supporting their organisation's employees and managers from recruitment and induction throughout their careers with us.

This is an exciting time to join our client's HR department if you are interested in systems and processes.  They are introducing their first applicant tracking system (ATS) and upgrading their SelectHR system.  They are not just about systems and processes though so the successful candidate will also be first point of contact on HR issues for the staff of two directorates.

If you have systems knowledge and experience, knowledge of best practice HR and great people skills this would be an opportunity for you to develop these further in a team committed to delivering great HR business partnering.
