Part time, 30 hours per week, term time 37 weeks a year plus five weeks during the school holidays

We are seeking a HR & Payroll Officer to join our academically selective, independent day school for girls. You will be working closely with the Bursar, this is a senior support staff role with day-to-day responsibility for human resources and payroll at the school. This is an opportunity to join a successful girls’ school committed to innovation, development and the provision of an excellent, all round education in a warm, stimulating and supportive environment. Your role covers the recruitment process for all new staff (and associated compliance requirements), management of the monthly payroll, administration of the pension schemes and dealing with HR matters or issues as they arise. The role requires keen attention to detail and excellent administrative skills and, for the right candidate, it will be a challenging and rewarding position.
