An opportunity has arisen for an HR Analyst to join our Clients Programme team in Bristol. Reporting to the HR programme Lead, the successful applicant will be working on elements of the configuration of the HR Workday System which includes core HR and other functional areas including Core and Advanced Compensation Benefits, Learning, Talent and Performance Management.

Key responsibilities will include:
*Working with the HR Functional Lead to deliver the design and implementation of the Workday solution, including configuration and testing.
*Providing system expertise and solutions in relevant functional areas to identify opportunities to improve or enhance process design.
*Producing documentation in support of on-going Business As Usual activity.
*Working with Workday regarding the overall System delivery assurance.
*Providing input into System training material and delivery.

You will have:
*Proven experience of the end to end implementation and configuration of Workday on a Global HR basis within a large and dynamic commercial organisation.
*Proven Workday design experience including a good working understanding of Workday integration technologies.
*Demonstrable testing experience with Workday; from test strategy to execution.
*Strong project management, planning and estimating experience ideally gained across global, multi-year implementations.
*Demonstrable Change Management and Stakeholder Management experience with the ability to operate cross culturally and across all levels.
*HR shared services experience (e.g. implementing Workday or other HR technology into a shared services environment) would be an advantage.
