Currently working with a professional services company in Leeds who are searching for a HR Advisor to join them for 12 months to cover a period of maternity.

The role of HR Advisor will be for an experienced HR Advisor to join and play a key role in delivering an efficient and professional HR service to offices across the Yorkshire, North East region. If you are CIPD qualified and have experience working in a generalist HR role in a busy HR environment, ideally professional services, then this role represents a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, expertise and career in a highly visible role within our business.

Responsibilities will be varied and will include acting as the first point of contact for Directors and Managers seeking advice, guidance and support on a wide range of employee issues, assisting with experienced hire and graduate recruitment, regularly reviewing training needs across the region and designing and delivering training where there is a local need, plus attending disciplinary, grievance and capability meetings as the local HR representative.

As an influential HR professional you would be expected to play an active role in the ongoing development of the HR function.

Essential that you have experience of working in the private sector in a commercial business.
