Your new role
Strategic led HRBP role. Working within the senior HR team, you will be looking after the logistics part of the business. You will cover the Northern part of the business, looking after staff in Coventry, Stoke, Leeds and Warrington. There are smaller sites further afield - so travel is key.
Provide a highly visible regional HR presence and concise understanding of the warehouses and distribution networks opportunities and strengths, using in-depth knowledge of this area of the business to effectively embed strategic change and increase engagement in a complex unionised environment. Deliver objectives in line with both the Operations People Plan and Industrial Relations Strategy, linking support center to operations. Recommend and drive continuous improvement in all current people processes and procedures in Operations with a view to both reducing silo complexity and increasing the 'One Celesio' ambitions.

What you'll need to succeed
It is essential you have a generalist background in a similar environment, you will have worked at senior HR level in a fast paced environment. You will be educated to a high level and hold CIPD qualifications. Due to the travel with the role, flexibility is key. You will have demonstrable track record of delivering key HR strategy to tight deadlines. Union experience is also essential.
