Hudson are currently working with a Healthcare Provider, based in Surrey to recruit an experienced HR Manager to support the business through their next phase of growth. You will be supported by an HR Assistant and a Recruitment Coordinator to deliver proactive and supportive HR advice to all managers and employees. This role will involve some travel as the client currently has c.15 sites predominantly based around West Midlands, Suffolk, Sussex and Surrey. You will need to have experience of multi site and remote management as the expectation is to visit each site once a quarter. You will need experience of remote management and multi site background.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Establish and update HR policies and practices then communicate to the Senior Managers on site

* Advise and train Senior Managers regarding best practice, performance management, absence management and grievances

* Introduce employee engagement and employee benefits schemes with a focus to improve retention at each site

* Supporting the recruitment and selection process alongside the Recruitment Coordinator and Senior Managers at each site to ensure a consistent quality of candidate pipeline

* Building the Corporate Brand and increasing engagement

* Strong understanding of employment law

* Working closely with the management to upskill capability

* Ad-hoc projects
