Your new company
Hays HR are currently working with a leading organisation in Worksop who have room in their Resourcing team for an experienced Advisor.

Your new role
Your new role will be to support a full 360 degree recruitment process for the business from start to finish. You will develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders and be responsible for managing expectations. You will aid the development of recruitment strategies, liaising with the senior management team to discuss requirements and strategize the best ways to attract and retain talent. You will also maintain and provide recruitment reports, plan and coordinate campaigns and be responsible for advertising.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will have 360 degree experience in either an internal or external recruitment role with previous experience working within a high volume fact paced environment. A background in healthcare is also desirable.
