My client, a leader in their industry is looking to recruit a strategic, commercial Learning Development Manager to join their business.

* This is a varied role and will be responsible for working with senior stakeholders to understand the needs of their individual business areas; identifying skills gaps and what development programmes they require for their teams

* Identify and Manage all 3rd party outsourced training providers to ensure material is inline with expectations

* Introduce and roll out new programs to include; business values, mentoring program, coaching program

* Looking ahead to industry changes and ensuring all development programs are aligned

* Measuring ROI with new and existing programs

* Develop an evaluation process or all inhouse training and development

* Ad hoc delivery as required

* Develop a blended learning solution that suits and works for all business areas

* Support with performance development processes

This role will require weekly travel 3 days a week to various locations across London, Home counties, Midlands and North of UK. 2 days will be home based or from local office so flexibility to travel is essential.
