Working closing with the wider business and HR function, you will be able to translate technical challenges into commercial business language to come up with solutions to data problems. The HR Analytics & Insight role is new and will calve out new and more effective ways of working when it comes the to management of HR data within the wider People Analytics function. You will have excellent Excel and analytical skills, whilst providing the innovation to design data governance processes and accountabilities that meet business need.

* Bringing Data under Control
* Create and maintain a data dictionary which will clearly define HR Data Definitions, source, rules and models.
* Establishment on-going HR Data Management activities that will meet the needs of the business.
* Facilitate the creation and maintenance of appropriate HR Data Quality metrics and processes.
* Identify, measure and communicate the business value of the HR data
* Be active in championing and improving Data Management
* Promote appropriate sharing of data within relevant data privacy legislation


To be successful in the HR Analytics & Insight role candidates must be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role with a demonstrable understanding of data protection, privacy and HR Systems. You will have excellent Excel, communication and technical capability to be able to partner and influence effectively across the business.

* Advanced knowledge of Excel, Access and SQL is essential.
* Knowledge of data management tools such as Informatica.
* Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practice.
* Knowledge of Workday or other HR Systems, processes and reporting.

The organisation is offering a competitive salary and benefits based on experience £40,000-£55,000 for an exceptional candidate.
