Organisational Development and Workforce Planning Manager
You will have responsibility for delivering Organisational Development and Workforce Planning solutions and advice across the Council services.
You will support the implementation of the Council’s Organisational Development & Workforce planning strategies, influencing and supporting the delivery of key priorities for the Council.
It is essential that you have a degree or post graduate HR management qualification or equivalent, together with Chartered Membership of CIPD. Proven effective experience of managing in an environment at a senior level in a complex unionised organisation is also essential, together with substantial experience of leading/ making a significant contribution to the development and implementation of solutions and approaches to positively influence organisational capacity, capability, culture and behaviours.
Experience and evidence of successfully developing and implementing OD interventions and solutions through development activities and programmes for the workforce, including managers and senior managers, that have positively impacted on organisational performance are also essential.
Assessment centre will take place week commencing 12 June 2017
Interviews will take place week commencing 19 June 2017
