Job Title – HR Business Partner

Location – Oxfordshire (North)

Salary – Circa £45,000 – possibly more for a star

Contract Type – Permanent, Full-Time

Our client are suppliers to some of the best restaurant brands on the high street. They are looking for a HR Business Partner and need people who are committed to developing strong working relationships and are driven by the need to deliver the very best results.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with solid generalist HR experience, ideally CIPD qualified with a track record of business partnering at a strategic level. You should be able to demonstrate a proven track record of managing a broad range of HR activities, with particular emphasis on applying commercially-oriented solutions, you must also still have a handle on the detail so just as operationally strong.

This is a new role and you will be putting new processes in place and changing how things are done. Because of this we really want someone that can take colleagues (both blue and white collar workers) at all levels with them. You will be engaging, credible, professional and importantly good-humoured. They are changing the face of the HR service that is delivered to the business and you will play a key part in this. You will have to deal with ambiguity and you will need to be resilient to push things, you just need to be great at winning hearts and minds.

We are looking for an ability to lead people with tact and diplomacy. Guiding, coaching and inspiring others to reach a common end goal whilst maximising engagement for individuals, functions and the depot. You will be able to deliver effective, impactful and engaging communication and will be someone with great interpersonal and influencing skills with colleagues at all levels.

This is not a siloed role and you will get to work across the business gaining exposure at all levels. You will really get to understand the business and what makes it tick. You will have to work hard here but it will be incredibly rewarding and great experience to add to the CV!
