Managing a team of 2, the HR Operations Manager will drive consistency and continual process improvements across the operations team to deliver a seamless service to the business. You will support the development, implementation and delivery of the reward strategy and actively engage with the wider business on any aspect of the employee lifecyle.



Responsibilities will include:

* Define the pay market position and use appropriate benchmarking tools to report against and make recommendations
* Develop creative employee benefits solutions in preparation to lead the sourcing and implementation of a flexible benefits platform
* Engage and educate HRIS users in terms of system functionality and gather feedback for system improvement proposals
* Ensure that the HR & Benefit systems are fit for purpose
* Ensure that HR data/MI is accurate, robust and reliable



The successful candidate will have gained experience in an HR/Reward Manager role within a professional services environment. You will have a client service orientated approach and a track record of delivering to tight deadlines, decision-making, issue resolution, leadership skills and the ability to build trust and credibility.
