Learning and Development Coordinator

As a Learning and Development Coordinator, you will be primarily responsible for providing training solutions across the group to support the business in delivering growth. You work with a Learning and Development Partner delivering world class training solutions for multiple stakeholders. You also ensure all systems and manual processing is accurate and timely, meeting data integrity requirements and audits.
With a proven track record working in a complex L&D environment, you have an exceptional attention to detail, outstanding organisational skills with sound ability to prioritise workload and excellent Microsoft Office skills. You will have previously worked with or were in charge of a learning management system and are able to build strong, trustworthy relationships with clients and colleagues. Your confident communication skills will enable you to engage with different people and support our team.
