Your new role
This is an exciting time my client as they embark on their new strategy.

To deliver this change, they will dramatically transform how they operate, through modernising their operating models, business processes, systems and the way they work
This strategically critical role is responsible for the optimisation of HR Operational Excellence enabling and culture propelling people policies, systems and processes. The role oversees HR Operations and Services teams ensuring effective, efficient and reliable support to Headquarters. The role leads and drives process excellence and improvement and focuses on Service Delivery and improvement in processes and ways of working for their HR Operations and Services.

You will lead, coach and mentor the HR Operations team to strengthen service delivery, encouraging and driving innovation and continuous improvement of systems, processes and policies. You will reflect the companies values and support the overall strategy, ensuring that policies and procedures are gender transformative and comply with relevant international employment legislation. Developing and monitoring service agreements and Key Performance Indicators for HR, you will overseeing efficient and effective HR administrative support to the organisation. In conjunction with the Talent Acquisition team you will identify cost-effective and innovative resourcing solutions and processes to ensure the organisation is enabled to deliver on its strategy.
In addition you will work closely with the HR Director and HRBP's on key strategic projects and those relating to change and transformation for the organisation as a whole.

What you'll need to succeed

An expert in designing and implementing best practice HR Services/Operations delivery processes, you will have extensive experience in a HR team management role and a track record of tackling complex people issues in an international, multi-stakeholder environment.
You will have experience of supporting the delivery of major projects with regards to business processes and systems within large and complex organisations, maintaining a customer focus and solution orientated approach. Experience of working in an international environment is highly desirable.
Exceptional interpersonal skills will be essential as you engage and influence effectively at all levels of the organisation. Flexible and resilient, you will set ambitious and challenging goals for the team, maintaining momentum towards our ambitious vision and goals.

What you'll get in return
Base salary £50,000 - £60,000 plus excellent benefits
