Recruitment Partner in Luton, Fixed term contract for 12 months on a day rate of £240

For our Recruitment Delivery Teams it's about ensuring efficient and effective core service delivery. The Recruitment Delivery team is a dedicated team of Recruitment Specialists providing innovative and creative end to end recruitment solutions to the business.

Candidate Focus & Challenge

Responsible for implementing and delivering Talent Acquisition strategies in partnership with the Hiring Manager, Global Talent Acquisition Leads and Human Resources Business Partners to identify and fill vacancies with talented individuals with the right capability and skills in a timely and cost efficient manner. Will involve proactive activity, developing and executing sourcing plans, conducting direct sourcing activity, screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, offer management and managing the hiring administration process.

Responsibilities will include:

* Deliver on a full lifecycle recruitment process to identify appropriate skills and talent in the market place to ensure a timely, efficient and cost effective recruitment service back to central operations.
* Develop and manage recruitment delivery through own resourcing activities and and through external suppliers
* Develop strong partnerships with all key stakeholders and candidates, building an effective network of potential, suitably qualified candidates to meet both current and future business needs.
* Looks to analyse and feedback on current market trends and market response to recruitment activities and to continuously seek to improve on service delivery
* Participates in all activities in the recruitment life cycle including; sourcing planning and delivery (both direct sourcing and attraction), screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, offer management, hiring and onboarding
* Supports the Global Talent Acquisition Lead with complex, volume and multigeography recruitment projects.
* Provides continuous coaching to support hiring managers with resourcing, interviewing and assessment techniques.
