Your new role
You will be part of the benefits team and you will support all benefits and leave related activities working alongside the main HR shared service function. The role involves maintaining systems in relation to benefits and leave, casework specific to benefits and leave and capturing work instructions for the team on processes. The role is a 12 month contract to start quickly.

What you'll need to succeed
A HR background and some benefits related exposure will enable you to hit the ground running. You will have strong analytical skills and high levels of attention to detail. If you have worked with Global processes it would be advantageous.
