HR Manager - Enfield - £40-45,000 plus car and benefits

Excellent opportunity to join this well known commercial organisation that is looking for a HR Manager. You will be responsible for a small team and provide support to the development and delivery of the HR strategy.

Main duties and responsibilities will include:-

- Develop, support and deliver employee engagement and change management
- Provide guidance and coaching to management teams
- Provide all aspects of Policy, employee relations and employment law
- Promote good employee and industrial relations
- Support, coach and develop the HR Advisor
- Build strong relationships with trade union
- Ad-hoc projects i.e. TUPE, Restructures etc

You will need the following experience:-

- CIPD Qualified or equivalent
- Experience in a HR Manager role
- Experience of dealing with complex ER issues
- Experience of working with the unions
- Experience of working in a manufacturing type environment
