HR Administration job based in Derby paying £18400

Large national organisation with head office in Derby.

Your new role
Working as part of a newly created HR and Payroll team you'll be responsible for all aspects of the employee lifecycle including administering the recruitment process, ensuring the HR system is kept up to date and maintained in the right way. You will process any payroll changes and administer all details around employee benefits. You will also offer first line support on basic HR and payroll related questions and escalate more complex matters to the HR Advisors.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be proven experience operating in either an HR Admin or Payroll Admin role and be willing to develop your skills in the other area if you don't posses experience in both. You will have strong customer service skills and be able to deal with people professionally both over the phone and via email.

What you'll get in return
