Senior HR BP – 12 month FTC - £45/55k & car allowance & benefits – Midlands & Travel

This market leading organisation is looking to recruit a Senior HR BP on a 12 month FTC.

Working closely with the HR Director, you will be part of driving a key transformation agenda, leading on the strategic implementation and delivery of key HR initiatives that will deliver a comprehensive HR and development service.

From influencing Senior Management and Leadership teams on the people agenda through to providing people management and development support, you will bring the teams together to drive the growth of the business. 

This is a fast paced environment and you will be a firm member of the Leadership team, contributing high level people strategy, building credible relationships across all levels of the business and be seen as a true challenger and innovator in HR initiatives. Your client group of circa 400 people is based across 3 offices in the UK and internationally. Your role will also lead the centralised HR function covering the Shared Services and Recruitment teams. 

Based in the Midlands, there will travel across the UK to other offices in Yorkshire and the South East with potential for ad hoc requirements to undertake international travel. 

The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience in an influential HR role within a technology and/or Professional Services sector, operating as part of a management team

• Prior experience of working in a multi-site, complex business 
• High degree of personal resilience - ability to continually prioritise and work at pace in a highly pressurised business environment. 
• Significant professional HR knowledge across a range of HR disciplines: 
o Organisation design 
o Resourcing and talent planning 
o Learning & Development 
o Performance and reward 
o Employee engagement 
o HR strategic planning skills 
o Creative decision making ability 
o Partnering, consulting, influencing and engagement skills 
o Internal and external high level diplomatic communication skills 
o Ability to produce high level content and reports 
• Experience of managing multiple projects with competing deadlines

• Strong business and commercial skills with the ability to link impact of initiatives to commercial business drivers and KPIs. 
• MCIPD or equivalent, with evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
