The is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reward Manager to join this growing business based near Kings Lynn on a 2 year fixed term contract to develop and deliver a reward framework consistent with the business.

Reporting to the Head of HR, key responsibilties will include:

* Develop the pay and benefits offering to ensure it remains both competitive and affordable to the organisation, and remains aligned to organisational objectives
* Keep track of market, regulatory and statutory developments in reward to ensure that future changes to pay and benefits are planned in advance and delivered on time
* Manage the ongoing development of policies relating to company benefits
* Contribute to the development and improvement of people metrics produced by the Management Information Unit to ensure that they meet the needs of the HR team and the wider business,
* Manage and develop the salary structure to ensure it is aligned to appropriate market(s), conforms to Equal Pay legislation and remains affordable
* Conduct the market benchmarking of roles and ensure that new roles are placed correctly within the salary structure, taking into account both job evaluation and market benchmarking
* Undertake the annual benchmarking data submission process with salary survey suppliers (e.g. Aon Hewitt, Croner, Towers Watson, XPertHR) , including checking/validating job matches with HR/line managers as appropriate, and ensuring the accuracy of data provided to the suppliers
* Develop and manage appropriate bonus/incentive/recognition arrangements, aligned to overall reward strategy, in order to help ensure talent is appropriately motivated and rewarded
* Plan, co-ordinate and deliver the annual pay review process, researching and providing appropriate economic and market data, maintaining accurate people data, and ensuring delivery on time, to budget and quality standards, in conjunction with the Reporting & Reward Analyst and the AskHR team.
* Oversee the annual Equal Pay audit process, and Gender Pay Gap Reporting
* Provide advice & guidance to line managers/HR Managers on reward packages for new starters and any ongoing 'business as usual' reward matters raised by the business
* Provide support to and participate in the annual pay negotiations with the recognised trade unions and management representatives.
* Manage and develop the package of Flexible Benefits offered to employees
* Ensure benefits are competitively priced, manage the ongoing relationship with the benefits supplier, and ensure all service standards are met
* Plan, co-ordinate and deliver the annual Flex Benefits renewal process, ensuring timely delivery by the Flex Benefits system provider of their responsibilities, including all post renewal activities
* Manage the ongoing communication of benefits and the development of the benefit proposition
* Oversee the pension scheme, manage the relationship with the supplier and develop pension arrangements in line with legislative requirements
* Manage the job evaluation system and processes, ensuring that new roles are accurately graded within the Towers Watson GGS system and all job evaluation processes are followed correctly
* Oversee Job Evaluation Panels' activity and the associated administration
* Undertake the role of arbiter regarding grades and processes where there is a divergence of views in a Panel

The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified, with relevant HR and reward experience covering remuneration, reward and recognition and benefits. You will also possess demonstrable skill in job evaluation, market benchmarking, job pricing and benefits management. Knowledge of the Willis Towers Watson system of job evaluation would be advantageous but not essential.
