Your new role:
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be working part of the HR Business Partner team to support managers and be the first point of contact for any HR policies and procedures. As an interim HR Officer, you will be expected to collate monthly payroll and you will work closely with the HR Systems Information Officer to input data and provide data reports.
Furthermore, you will monitor sickness absence and contribute to workforce planning initiatives. You will also be expected to coordinate occupational health referrals and also assist with employee relations; taking notes and minute taking.
There is also an emphasis on Recruitment; assisting with advertising, looking at the quality of roles and CV submission.

What you'll need to succeed: CIPD qualified or equivalent is desirable. Previous HR Officer experience is required as you will need experience of assisting with case management and strong experience with high volume Recruitment. As a person, you will be highly competent with HR Administration and will carry a can do attitude in order to hit the ground running.
