Your new company
You will be working for an international organisation which aims to transform the living standards of the world's poorest people. As a People Support Team Administrator you will be reporting to the People Operations and Systems Lead.

Your new role
As a People Support Team Administrator you will be responsible for responding to general enquiries into the UK People's team, and escalating serious enquiries to the Peoples Adviser. You will also be involved in co-ordinating the end to end recruitment process (job adverts, carrying out pre-employment checks, and preparing starter packs). General HR administration will be a key part of your role. This will include: completing contract letters, reference letters, and statements of employment. Additional responsibilities will include the coordination of budgets and invoices, attending pension meetings, and organising probation and review periods.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working within HR is essential, in particular you will have experience working in a busy office environment. In addition, you will be confident in liaising with people at all levels of the organisation, and prepared to support them in multiple activities including project coordination.
As an individual you will be highly organised, confident, and happy to work within a team.
You must be educated to at least A level standard or equivalent.
