Your new role
9 month maternity contract reporting in to the HR Director, this is an opportunity to join a well respected HR team. You will be the reward specialist for the business and will be responsible for the implementation of compensation and benefits policies, programs and processes including annual performance appraisals, merit, bonus and incentives processes as well as the management of expat assignments. You will evaluate job roles, support managers with the development of job descriptions and following a recent acquisition will work on the international reward harmonisation project.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience leading reward initiatives and projects in an international setting and have a good understanding of the implications of an ex-pat workforce. You will have worked within a unionised environment and be confident supporting management with the annual bargaining process. You will have strong analytical skills as well as being customer focused and goal orientated.

What you'll get in return
A salary of £45,000 - £50,000, 27 days holiday plus stats.
