Are you tenacious, organised and proactive?  Do you have a passion to use HR software with a vision for the department to become paperless?  Do you have excellent interpersonal skills to coach, mentor and develop a small administration team to deliver a great administrative service?

If this sounds like you, we have an excellent opportunity to join a busy team who on a journey to a paperless HR function.  Our aim is to recruit and retain great people to deliver excellent patient care and, to do this, our workforce information is key as is our ability to give assurance on our quality background checking and lead the relationship with our HR System supplier.

You will probably be a HR Systems Administrator with experience of being part of, or managing, a HR Administration function or you might already be in your first HR management role looking for a new challenge.  Either way, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll have previous experience and knowledge of working with HR Software, a fantastic knowledge of advanced Microsoft office suite and of graduate calibre or equivalent.  In exchange we offer excellent training and career development opportunities, a generous NHS pension and a dedicated benefits website, including retail and lifestyle offers.

This is a permanent position, working 22.5 hours per week, based in Ashford, Kent, which may also include some occasional out of hours and weekend working at other locations.
