HR Systems and Administration Manager

If this sounds like you, we have an excellent opportunity to join a busy team who on a journey to a paperless HR function. Our aim is to recruit and retain great people to deliver excellent patient care and, to do this, our workforce information is key as is our ability to give assurance on our quality background checking and lead the relationship with our HR System supplier.
You will probably be a HR Systems Administrator with experience of being part of, or managing, a HR Administration function or you might already be in your first HR management role looking for a new challenge. Either way, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll have previous experience and knowledge of working with HR Software, a fantastic knowledge of advanced Microsoft office suite and of graduate calibre or equivalent. This is a permanent position, working 22.5 hours per week, based in Ashford, Kent, which may also include some occasional out of hours and weekend working at other locations.
