Interim Senior HR Business Partner
Morgan Law are currently recruiting an Interim Senior HR Business Partner for an NHS Trust based in North London. Under the agency worker cap for the NHS, this role will pay a rate of up to £37.33 per hour (working through an umbrella company).
Our client is looking for an Interim to manage 2 HR Business Partners and 4 HR Advisors with a focus on employee relations, for an initial period of 3 months. The ideal candidate will have a background in the NHS, having worked as a Head of Employee Relations or similar positions.
You will report to the Deputy Director of Workforce and your role is a high profile position within the Trust. You will provide your team with direction and maintaining excellent HR practice and service to the Borough leads, Assistant Directors and Clinical leads.
The postholder will work in partnership with the Workforce management team to contribute to the achievement of their strategic objectives, and will develop and sustain excellent working relationships with senior and multi-professional staff across the organization, ensuring that workforce requirements are identified and anticipated, and a high quality business partnering service is provided to achieve strategic and operational goals. The Senior HR Business Partner will lead on designated Trust-wide HR initiatives as agreed with the Deputy Director of Workforce, whilst promoting equality and diversity, inclusion and engagement.
The Senior HR Business Partner will be responsible for managing the employee relations team and providing an excellent employee relations service; and on the provision of a business partner service for one or more clinical teams.
