Your new company
Our client leading Bank is on the search for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join their Global HR team on a permanent basis starting ASAP to partner with their Global Finance function. The successful candidate will work in close partnership with a number senior stakeholders across Risk, Finance and Treasury and will be responsible for supporting a population of up to 500.

Your new role
You will collaborate with business leaders to deliver HR people strategy, solutions and services globally across the Finance client group, in addition to leading on both the design and deployment of the overall HR policy and governance framework for the organisation. You will be an active contributor in supporting the business to achieve its objectives by developing effective HR people initiatives and providing strategic insight and challenge to drive high performance. This includes developing people, structuring teams though Organisational Design and implementing change and working on HR projects across the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will have recent financial services experience working for a large global matrix organisation as a Senior HR Business Partner supporting the Finance or Risk population for the business.
You will have experience and knowledge of all aspects of HR including ER, Organisation Design, Resourcing, Talent Management and Reward and can demonstrate experience in managing populations of c300. Demonstrable business partnering experience with senior management/leadership teams and a proven track record of successfully influencing to achieve results will be a must
Proven delivery of robust, commercial HR solutions across a large complex environment Ability to develop and manage effective relationships across a diverse group with extensive experience in contracting and consulting across multiple stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal including experience of presenting and influencing senior management population
Commercial drive and acumen including sound knowledge of the economy, market and customer trends affecting the business.
Able to effectively manage a high volume workloads & projects
