Your new company
Hays HR are currently working with a not for profit organisation in Sheffield who require a HR Advisor for a regional role, for a newly created post.

Your new role
Your new role will be to use you knowledge and expertise to help develop and implement the organisations people plan. You will provide operational day to day support, giving advice to employees on HR related issues whilst coaching operational mangers to be able to address HR issues themselves. You will work closely with your HR Business Partner in aiding the development and delivery of the people plan for your area, influence methods for monitoring performance, interpret people data to inform strategic decisions, support the ER team in providing up to date and expert advice on ER caseloads and help to embed a culture of performance management.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will be CIPD qualified, have experience of working within a multi-site role, managing TUPE and ER caseloads and be able to work autonomously.
