Interim HR Operations Manager
On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking and interim HR Operations Manager for a 12 month contract. Reporting into the Deputy Director of HR you will be responsible for all aspects of HR operations including recruitment, starters, leavers, terms and conditions changes and HRIS.
In addition to the day to day management of the team and service you will also be leading continuous improvement across the operations function. Developing and implementing a process review to ensure that HR operational processes are efficient, flexible and meet business requirements.
This is an exciting time to join this team as they are about the embark on the implementation of a new HRIS system and this post holder will play a key role in the delivery of the project.
The successful candidate must have experience of leading a HR operations function for a complex organisation and have proven track record of transforming HR operational processes to improve quality and efficiency.
