Consult HR are partnering an established city based organisation at a time of exciting change and transformation. As a result of increased workload due to a number of exciting change initiatives, we are currently sourcing a CIPD qualified HR Business Partner who ideally has previous experience of supporting hands on HR change projects.

In this role you will deputise for the HR Director and will support and mentor other members of the HR team. You will provide a day to day progressive and comprehensive HR service including remuneration and benefits, resourcing and employee relations. In addition you will add value to a range of exciting HR projects and change strategies.

The role is city based but the company offers a degree of agile working, you will sit within an HR team of 5.

You should be CIPD qualified with a strong generalist HR background including solid ER experience and an excellent working knowledge of UK employment law. This is a high volume role and due to the journey that the organisation is on you should be comfortable working in a busy, fast paced environment where you will manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You should consider yourself a best practice focused HR role model who can offer support and mentoring to colleagues within the team and your style should reflect this.
