A fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career in Reward, in this Global Insurance firm, with Head offices in Central London.

Your new role
This is a newly created position for a Reward Administrator or Reward Analyst to join a well-established International Reward team. You will be supporting over 5000 employees across the globe. You will be involved in the cyclical Reward activities, as well as gaining exposure to project work such as rolling out Total Reward statements and putting in bonus schemes internationally.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be looking for a step up in your career and ready for a new challenge. You will have 2-4 years of Reward experience, and confident in a career in reward. You must also have worked in a professional or financial services company. The first stage interview will involve an Excel test so you must be confident at Intermediate to Advanced level.
