Interim Head of Organisational Design
I have an urgent requirement for a client, a well-known Institute in Central London.
They are looking for an experienced Senior HR/OD professional to join the team on an interim basis as Head of Org Design/OD & Culture.
Working with the HR Director, your remit will be to drive forward the people elements of a number of transformation and change projects including: the initialisation of a new operating model, major IT & digitalisation project and a large scale property review.
