Your new company
A well-established service provider that is continuing to grow as an organisation and widening their portfolio of available services to their Client base.

Your new role
This is an exciting new role that will manage the UK impact of implementing Oracle as the new HR system into the business. The role will require liaising with the US team who are heading the system implementation. The role will also manage up to two direct reports who are at HR administration level to make sure their priorities are being aligned with company need. Further to implementation this person will be seen as a MI and analytics expert within the HR structure and therefore create meaningful data for the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience of implementing a new HR system and also enjoy looking at how to optimise the HR system to get meaningful data and trend analysis that can be used by the business to impact on their people agenda.

What you'll get in return
A salary paying up to £60,000 depending on your experience and working within a growing business with a strong reputation.
