A global organisation based in Poole are seeking an experienced HR Advisor / Officer to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your new role

- Supporting the HR Manager (broad HR generalist activity)

- Assist and manage the Recruitment Process

- Strong Employee Relations / Grievances / disciplinary / absence management / performance management

- Training & Development

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous experience in an HR environment managing recruitment processes.

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with an ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast paced and challenging environment.
