HR Business Partner
My client is a not for profit organisation who pride themselves as a great place to work. They are looking for a HRBP to support the HR team whilst they are undergoing a restructure.
Reporting to the Head of HR Partnering this role will work semi autonomously within the existing HRBP and Advisory team by managing a casework portfolio.
You will also be able to share your experience and coaching to the HR Advisor team to ensure consistency in approach and professional standards across the service, and working as peer with senior colleagues in HR & OD to ensure seamless and high quality standards.
You will be highly competent as an HR & OD technical expert, particularly in the application of employment law in a complex setting, with knowledge of HR & business processes in a large organisation and their application to drive performance.
Interviews will take place on the 3rd August with an early September start.
