Our client is a fast paced, multi-site service organisation who is looking to appoint a Senior HR Business Partner to lead the delivery of HR projects and initiatives for a key client group, acting as a Business Partner to Line Managers.
This is a challenging and interesting role, where you will be a key member of the functional leadership team and responsible for the development and implementation of the people strategy, ensuring the delivery of the business objectives and targets. You will also be responsible for supporting the Talent Management agenda within the function, driving the performance management agenda and succession planning programme across the business unit, as well as delivering commercial HR solutions, which develops talent, enhances employee engagement and is able to support a fast paced and growing organisation. This is a role, which allows strategic input and the opportunity to add value to enhance and drive forward a high performing culture.
To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced Senior HR Business Partner with a proven track record of delivering HR solutions at both an operational and strategic level, enabling continuous improvement, ideally for large, matrix, Head Office environments. Commercially astute with experience of change management, you will need the confidence and tenacity to motivate and engage the senior management team. The ability to build credibility quickly and contribute to the wider HR agenda will also be required.
