This is an opportunity to join the HR team as a HR Business Partner. With the anticipated growth, the HR team are flexing their roles and we are therefore seeking an individual with experience working with an operational client group.  Your credibility as an experienced HR Business Partner will enable you to earn the trust of your stakeholders quickly, and a sound commercial acumen will help you to understand the business and challenges, allowing you to become a valued contributor to success at an operational and strategic level.  

Supported by systems and processes, you will drive the HR agenda across your area, and be responsible for increasing management capability to manage performance and employee development, constructively challenging and coaching managers to ensure people decisions are well planned, equitable and legal, identifying critical skill gaps and resourcing requirements, facilitating talent management initiatives and supporting disciplinary and grievance processes

You will be an experienced HR professional with a strong breadth of generalist experience and knowledge, ideally gained as a HR Manager/HRBP within an FMCG, Pharmaceutical, and/or Manufacturing business.  This will reflect your ability to perform effectively within this fast paced environment that will continue to grow and expand to meet future supply chain commitments.  You will have a resourceful, pragmatic approach together with an energy and resilience that have contributed to your success to date, coupled with a flexible work ethic that will allow you to meet the demands of the business.
