Your new company
Hays HR are currently working with highly regarded healthcare organisation in Rotherham who are currently looking for a Recruitment Assistant for a temporary opportunity that has the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

Your new role
Your new role will be to provide an administrative support to the recruitment team. You will help to coordinate the end to end recruitment process from supporting mangers in their selection of staff, giving them advice with interviewing, writing job descriptions, advertising posts and shortlisting. You will administer and maintain the applicant tracking system, collect and report Recruitment MI, help to improve and streamline the recruitment process and assist the Recruitment Manager with any other ad-hoc recruitment duties.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you MUST have experience of using an applicant tracking system and have recent experience within a recruitment focused role. You will also be available immediately for an interim assignment.
