An exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to join a growing organisation in the Norwich area.

Your new company

A reputable, private sector organisation with office across the UK. After recent changes to the business, this organisation are now looking to recruit a driven HR professional to add value to their team.

Your new role

As a HR Advisor, you will assist the Head of Shared Services in providing a broad HR Generalist service to line managers, as well as undertaking employee relations matters.

Responsibilities will include:

* Providing advice and support in employee relations queries such as grievances, disciplinaries, sickness, absence, change management and redundancies
* Leading on casework and making recommendations where necessary to management
* Reviewing company policies and procedures
* Supporting business partners with preparing documentation for TUPEs
* Proactively seeking to improve HR processes and communications between departments

What you'll need to succeed

Candidates applying for this role will be at least part CIPD qualified or equivalent. They will hold at least one year of working within a employee relations focused role, as well as a good working knowledge of HR related processes.
