An opportunity to join a busy operational HR team as an HR Advisor within a diverse and growing organisation is currently available in the Totton area on a permanent, full time basis.
This is a truly diverse organisation with an interesting history and huge growth projection which makes it a fantastic time to be joining an existing and high performing HR team. This is a generalist role, providing first line HR advice and support by working closely with Line Managers across diverse business teams. Employee Relations is a particular focus of the role which will also encompass HR reporting, Data Management, Performance Management, updating and advising on HR Policies and Procedures and support of pre-planned HR and Change Management programmes.
To be considered for this position you must be CIPD qualified to Level 5 or 7 (or equivalent) and be experienced in an HR Generalist role. Having a proven track record of delivering HR support within a busy operational environment will also be key.
