Head of Recruitment
We are looking for a Head of Recruitment with experience in developing a best practice in-house recruitment function. Perhaps you are looking for a new opportunity to make your mark or perhaps, recruitment is running so well that there is little need for further improvement? If so, this Head of Recruitment role is a great opportunity to own the recruitment function in this growing and successful manufacturing organisation.
This is a busy role and there will be some challenging technical roles to recruit for and you will be supported by a small recruitment team. You will need to review processes and introduce new efficiencies and recruitment best practice. You will also need to look at creative ways to source candidates for the more technical areas. Above all, strong stakeholder management skills will be essential as you develop relationships with managers and the broader HR team.
All of this calls for an experienced Head of Recruitment who enjoys building relationships - you will be working with some challenging and bright people and you will need to continue the journey of building credibility with line managers. Experience in recruiting highly technical roles, in some capacity is essential to reinforce your credibility quickly. If you have knowledge of HR information systems/applicant tracking systems, as well as people management experience, this would be welcome too.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead, own, manage and champion recruitment in the business with the support of a small team. Ideally, you will have led a successful recruitment function already and are motivated by implementing something similar in a new environment.
