Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this innovative and pioneering Global Brand with a base in Bracknell to recruit a talented, resilient and forward thinking Employee Relations Manager on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Head of HR Operations and working alongside other Senior Management Stakeholders, the role will develop and manage activities to prevent labour risks, monitor and improve Company climate and deliver accurate reporting. The successful candidate manages a diverse range of HR activities, on both a local and regional scale, for labour relations (including work council and similar bodies), Employee consultation and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee relations management

* Employee relations situation in Europe (environment & internal), assessing potential risks
* Provide support to the local HR in Employee relations issues
* Ensure employment relations policies are fit for purpose
* Report monthly Employee relations situation to Global Headquarters
* Assure the governance for Employee complaints and grievances both in the UK and European sites

Communication and Consultation

* Assure effective Employee consultation and communication flow using Pan European Consultation body at a Regional /UK level
* Prepare HR contents for the Pan European Consultation body and support other divisions in achieving both simplicity and efficiency in the information they deliver

Organisational climate analysis

* Constantly propose new tools to monitor internal climate
* Promote climate benchmarking with other Companies
* Compile, analyse and report on European wide Organisational data

Regional HR network

* Coordinate the regional HR Manager meetings
* Assure a regular communication process with the HR managers across the Region

We have been tasked to find a person who possess a sound knowledge and understanding Employee Relations / UK Employment Law, ideally but not essentially combined with a working knowledge of European Employment Law / Works Councils. You will possess demonstrable data analysis skills and a clear and will be an effective communicator at all levels. You will be well-organised, analytical, motivated to challenge and be an expert at problem solving, being a strong team player with an enthusiastic, "Can-Do" approach. You must be comfortable working in International Business with matrix structures, understanding of different cultures and management practices and ideally CIPD qualified.
