My client is a NHS Trust based in South of the river who are recruiting for a Recruitment Manager to be responsible to act as an interface between the RPO , Internal HR Central recruitment and divisional managers to enable an effective end to end recruitment service.
The role will understand divisional requirements, support planning, tracking, measuring activity and shaping campaigns and sourcing strategies for key professional groups.
The key measures of success for this role will be vacancy rates, time to hire metrics, and manager and candidate satisfaction of ease of and quality of service.
