Exciting new role, based in the Peterborough area, for a UK HR Director to work for a highly successful international business with an ambitious, open, honest and direct culture.
As part of the UK leadership team you will set, lead and drive the people agenda to include key HR strategic initiatives, attraction, retention, organisation and leadership development, change management, reward and planning and performance management.
Leading a team of 6 engaged HR professionals covering business partnering, reward and learning and development, you will ensure strong relationships are built with key stakeholders across the business and will have regular interactions with international HR colleagues.
As a qualified senior HR professional you are likely to be in a Head of HR (or similar) position with experience in progressive, strategic HR leadership roles ideally gained in an international environment.
You will demonstrate the ability to challenge and support senior leaders, have a genuine interest in other people and in developing relationships across the entire organisation.
