HR Business Partner
My client, a medical health provider located in the northern home counties requires a HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis.
The place holder will be responsible for the effective delivery of HR services across the division. You will influence and support the strategic direction by providing professional leadership to all HR related matters and become the link between operational HR. Working alongside the associate Director you will be heavily involved in the development and design of a strategic people plan, assisting its creation and implementation.
You will be an experienced, hands on HR professional with the ability to uphold and display the Trusts values of commitment, care and quality. You will possess excellent knowledge of change management and employee relations.
