HR Advisor - Enfield - £30-35,000 plus benefits

We are working with a well known commercial organisation that are looking for an HR Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the HR Manager, this role will have a bias on Employee Relations.

Duties and responsibilities will include:-

- Coach and develop individuals to deal appropriately with all people issues
- Disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, capability
- Produce management information to support senior managers
- Process of new starters/leavers
- Support people panel process providing feedback on leadership behaviours/capability
- Ensure all new managers receive a strong induction
- Regularly review trends in ER issues, exit interviews in order to identify potential issues.

It is essential that you are:-

- Ideally CIPD Qualified or equivalent
- Strong Employee Relations experience
- Unions experience
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload
